Welcome to ZIKO POS! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
1. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MPIN
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- One phone number can only be associated with one account
2. Free Trial Period
- New users receive a 7-day free trial starting from registration
- After the trial period, you may need to subscribe to continue using premium features
- ZIKO POS reserves the right to modify trial periods at any time
3. Data and Privacy
- We store your business data securely on our servers
- You retain ownership of all your business data
- We implement security measures to protect your information
- MPINs are stored securely in our database
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Do not attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt the service
- Do not use the service for fraudulent activities
- Respect intellectual property rights
5. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that could temporarily disrupt service
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
6. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms
- You may delete your account at any time
- Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 30 days
7. Limitation of Liability
ZIKO POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
